Command console and glitches test in Unreal Engine.
Vertex deformation with a world based mask and the camera location.
Wave pulse that deform vertices on surrounding meshes.
Portal system with mesh culling and dynamic camera.
Glitches with dithering (combined for the fun of it)
Glitches combined with strong chromatic aberration.
